Michael W. Toth is the owner and lead investigator of Elite Investigations in Billings, Montana. He has over 35 years of combined investigative experience, including 20 years in law enforcement serving in Montana and Washington State, where he worked in patrol operations and later as a detective in a major property crimes unit near Seattle. He later served as Sheriff of Mineral County, Montana, before returning to private investigations full time. Michael specializes in litigation support, witness interviews, fraud investigations, surveillance, social media investigations, asset searches, and criminal defense investigations throughout Montana. He regularly works with attorneys, businesses, and private clients on matters involving witness development, evidence preservation, and investigative case strategy.
