Mark has a Business Degree from Montana State University – Bozeman (University Honors) and went to Law School at the University of Montana. He is glad to have made it back to Helena, where he grew up.  Mark’s practice focuses on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in court. He works with many areas of civil law, and prefers to work together with a client to determine the best means to meet that specific client’s goal. Mark practices in all state and federal courts in Montana, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  A lifelong Montana resident, Mark spends his time away from work playing cards with family and friends, floating rivers, climbing mountains, and volunteering with community non-profits.
