Mark has a Degree from Montana State University – Bozeman (University Honors) and went to Law School at the University of Montana.  He is a partner at Luxan & Murfitt, PLLP in Helena where much of his work involves representing clients in court.  He represents both plaintiffs and defendants. He works with any area of civil law, but spends most of him time working on employment and real property issues. Mark also represents clients in transactional matters such as wills, contracts, and business formation.  He practices in all State and Federal Courts in Montana, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
